What's up. One thing I believe is everyone cycles into seven 52 day periods from birthday to birthday. So the first 52 days after the birthday would be good for promoting oneself, seeking promotions, advancing one's name or reputation etc. the final 52 day period would be good for court cases, dealing with judges, arbiters, etc. and the fourth period, I'm currently in, requires more sleep than any other.

That's where I'm at and I'm feeling the lack of sleep. Also I'm run down from a lot of physical work, gardening. And last time this worn out feeling came to the fore last winter (July) I also got sick with cold or something and just stopped eating for two and a half days. Hopefully I can recharge however three kids are loud and stressful and I'm feeling stressed out. On top of that is the general steady jungle drumbeat of the Anglo Saxon Australian Kampf against wogballs and what have you, vaguely thumping away across the valley.

So one thing I might try once a year or so in this situation is the following declutter the subconscious mind, meditation, here goes....
