weird dream last night

just vaguely recalled a weird dream from deep within sleepy land, last night..... was in crimea, went to some silly local business there and found some kind of cake or something, it was total ripoff, a few pieces of cake and something like that cost me almost $30..... i didn't care coz was on holiday and in spend mode and wanted to dump some money on local economy but the lady running the shop was another one of these commie-know-it-all russians that think they know it all, actually, from my experience in real life, only bulgarians really believe they know it all like that; but anyway this russian lady whose business it is, instead of happily getting my money/business, wants to start lecturing me about not wasting money (??!!).... the interior of store was absurd i guess, nothing made sense, but i guess that's leninism for you.....

then there was some pomp and ceremony, ceremonial soldiers on horseback, one of them, like a bugle maybe, someone is getting off a ship, i thought it was a ceremony from some russians but then i see an american flag and some marines start doing a crazy routine, there are like five or six of them and they are doing an exhibition, you wouldn't call it dancing but it was very physical, kind of more like acrobatics......

as soon as the show ended i asked a couple of them something, can't remember what, there was somewhat of a crowd there...... it was all in crimea

went to some african festival today here in auburn, it was quite pleasant........ had some memorable dreams lately, often thought about recording them but then decided not to and forgot about them........ last night dreamed i had to kill like a bunch of pentagon generals, it wasn't anything disrespectful, i just had to kill them........ before that like a night or so before, dreamed that was visiting some specific friends in america

republicans missing the point about obama's slow down the economy presidency

republicans are not just posturing but genuinely upset with obama's administration and the current status of congress and its unintended 'slow down the economy' leadership.... this is especially notable in the frustration of coal extraction for green energy subsidies instead and obamacare, etc, etc

while it's understandable there's a lot of frustration in the coal industry, republicans might not appreciate that the economy in america doesn't at all have a future based on plentiful oil any more than the American economy had that prior to 1880...... all wealth is built on oil, and oil will be noticeably scarce in thirty years time

This is all nonsense, Crimea is going back to Russia and you can take that to the bank. The EU and the USA should just get over it and normalize their relations with Russia; the Russians need to figure out if they dare try and pry more Ukraine territory away (not particularly advisable although i'm not an expert) and how they'd like to go about offering Russian citizenship and repatriation/migration help to Russians living in Eastern Ukraine and assisting them with real estate sale, etc.....

It's up to the EU to provide guidelines to the rest of Ukraine on how to join the EU and they should hold a plebiscite on whether they want to do that (they do).

At some stage Russia will have to normalize relations with Ukraine proper and accept that they are going to join the EU (because they are, it's self-evident).

Pretty simple. Washington is absolutely making fools of themselves showing how out of touch they are with history, relevance, normality and the rest of it, just embarrassing themselves. Best thing they can do is dress up like it's saint patrick's day and go walk in the snow barefoot, that's make more sense than their current bi-partisan idiot spasm.
