Why I'm voting for Trump: Just when people reach a point of frustration in thinking that it doesn't matter whether they vote for a Democrat or a Republican, we are destined, as a nation, to embrace a European style of socialism forced on us by an elite group of those we have elected to represent us in Washington, D.C. They have betrayed us.
But then along comes a man with no ties to the corrupt government we are being forced to live under — and his name is Donald J. Trump.
In his run for president, he uses his own money and does not accept funding from those who want special favors in return. He cannot be bribed.
As a successful business man he recognizes the debt of our country and the tragedy it is leading us to.
He sees the error of our ways in leaving our borders wide open, subjecting us to undesirable people and the peddling of illegal drugs ruining the lives of so many of our citizens.
He sees an evil force spreading throughout the world that must be destroyed, not coddled — and he will confront that evil by increasing the strength of our military and teaming up with our allies to completely eliminate it with no-holds-barred battle.
That's why I'm voting for Donald J. Trump.

gym week 20: 3km

went for a swim at birrong swimming pool on Saturday, noticed my knees were sore (in the water while swimming) probably from running, but they only felt sore while kicking.... Lung capacity noticeably improved, it has now been around 24 days without smoking. Also becoming a fish-atarian again so that means only meat from underwater critters and land fowl eggs ok too. No meat from land animals, bye bye cow, pig, chicken, kangaroo too, my blood won't miss your dirty arse vibrations.


going camping on Friday with Alex, all male camping trip with the posse from mt Druitt church... taking Friday off work, coming back Sunday. Should be fun. There's a cool looking marvel movie called Luke Cage coming out too, looks cool. And some surfer girl vs shark movie, into the shallows. Also looks cool.


Sore back becoming recurrent. Was unbearable last February, took two weeks off, was fine. Again starting to smart chronic.

what's up guys?  so this Kirsten wiig, she's a fetching little American lady in a whole bunch of movies we've reviewed lately: ghostbusters, deadly adoption and possibly some other movie like zoolander 2 (which we haven't seen although we've seen parts of) - she's having a new movie out soon with the owen Wilson from zoolender twice and the Zach guy that does the cover of the Kanye west song 'can't tell me nuttin'' and two of the ghostbusters - presumably the other ghostbuster - a virgo - (like patty who is also in this new wiig movie, 'masterminds') is busy whacking ghosts or something

now let's see........ you would know there's some American movie actor, quite famous, john malkevich -- he's in some movie, couldn't tell you the name of it but in the movie he has a son who is Canadian and he's kind of just criticizing him for Canada being so lame compared to America, specifically with regard to the variation in football rules (possibly) and definitely with regard to the difference in candy names --- this brings us to the case in point......... here in Australia we have bounty bars and peppermint patty bars (amongst other things):

anyway, absolutely no idea what that was all about - now let's talk politics --- bill o'reilly, hasn't disappeared, despite seeming to have disappeared over the last week or so, in fact he was on the radio recently talking with trump about whatever and Kirsten powers about stuff --- now this powers woman is a very sensible and astute pundit and always speaks very clearly and knowledgeably, to her credit........ she made the point that a lot of left wing media don't like Hilary Clinton so much --- it's an interesting point --- that did seem somewhat interesting, for example a few months ago, maybe 3 - who knows -- Hilary came on the gma or whatever it was, the one with carson daly - maybe that was the today with Guthrie and co -- not sure -- but definitely the one with carson daly -- and the host was all like, 'look what the cat dragged in' and you could kind of tell by that that they weren't all about worshipping Hilary so much

anyway, that's all kind of boring really

so benji has a one week holiday off in late august - early September and the trick would be to maybe fly somewhere local and do something cool like a nice hotel or something -- it would be ideal to go check out Darwin, really -- but not sure how much the tickets are - so going to look into that
